A lovely styled session…

I’m so excited to share these images! I have been wanting to start doing more styled sessions lately and this one just came together so effortlessly. Let me introduce you to the wonderful people who helped make this photo shoot possible:
Accessories featured in this session can be found at Prima Donna Boutique on Rue Magnolia in downtown Biloxi. I have been working with Jerika, owner of Prima Donna Boutique, for a little over a year now.

This girl is seriously a visionary. I’ve never met a brighter, more vivacious personality. When you walk into her shop you get the same impression. She offers some very gorgeous and unique vintage items as well as modern boutique selections as well.
Laura Mason, Makeup Artist
Laura Mason is the amazing makeup artist I had the privilege of working with on this session. Her creativity when I came to the looks for this session really brought everything to the next level. I personally would have never thought of an electric blue under-eyeliner (but that’s precisely why we leave the makeup up to her and the photography up to me).
Onto some photos from our session! First I’d like to show off some head shots of our models immediately post makeup (because look how hot they are).

Okay, okay, onto the rest!
Is this enough amazing hair in one photo?
All these fall colors are POPPING (and that cranberry fur vest!
Love the attitude in this one. This fur vest can be found in other colors (including a killer emerald green) at Jerika’s shop.
All this greenery was so whimsical.
Those eyebrows! Perfecto.
I’m in LOVE with this cranberry colored hat Amanda was wearing.
Belt and necklace pictured above on Amanda can also be found at Prima Donna Boutique.
Playing around with this fun necklace from Prima Donna.
Last but not least.. The kicker.. THESE SHOES. I should preface these photos by explaining that Jerika carries an array of insane/amazing/unbelievable shoes at Prima Donna. These shoes have a ballerina in the heel. You can wind them up and they play music! I’ve never seen anything like them.
Emily is looking very Nylon Magazine in that last one, don’t you think?
I just want to say thanks to Prima Donna for letting me feature her awesome products, Laura Mason for the lovely looks she created, and Amanda and Emily for rocking from beginning to end. I can’t wait to do another styled session soon!
